I am BE 2011 passout (Not yet choosen my career - 'Fresher'). But Have some Common Sense.
What people thinking about a person who finished his academic life and looking for a job?
"What are you doing now?"-a million dollar question asked by friends(who got placed in a company), relatives, parents, even friends of friends, relative's friends etc. Since they think fresher are just Postulates not a Proven Theorem!!
If you got job then they will come and celebrate with you. But they won't help you when you are struggling!
It is the most hated question for any fresher who didn't get any job.
I got placed in a well reputed company L&T infotech. Even though i got placed, I never enjoyed such a prestigious status because my date of joining is postponed to next July, 2012!!!
So I decided to move on for another company. But Most of the MNC need english speaking knowledge than knowledge. They need a leader but not members.
I didn't understood the scenerio...A team with a leader and zero member is like spoiling the leaders career too. That's what happening here in India.
So I decided to move on to any startups and small companies. Most of my friends told "They won't give money".
Here comes the "DON"- "Money, Money, Money..." That's what people like.
If a person have more money then he is considered as a genius.
Recently I come across it...On the same week Mr.Steve jobs and Computing GOD Dr.Dennis Ritchie died.
But people gave respect to Steve not for Dennis. What they think?
If a person earns money then he is best in the world. If he earns knowledge alone not money, then he is considered as "Fool".
Here in India, It is more than Worst.
Unfortunately if we(Freshers or other employees) got a job. The first question asked by others is
what's the package?
If the package is less than average, they consider you as "Good for Nothing"
Ok. That's not a problem, since we are not the Losers! we have the time to show What we are capable of!
Is money the solution for all the problems?
Don't know the answer now but I know it is not the only optimal solution. There are several things in life.
Still waiting for my time to give REVENGE!!!
I won't want to be a Genius with Money, I want to be a fool with Knowledge.
want to be a future "Computer Scientist" in ????.
Ha ha...Visions and Missions are good but that makes our life more complicated!

I have more time to achieve. I know what I am!!
Please don't ask salary details and job details alone. Just ask what are the knowledge you have earned so far?
Don't discourage others, You don't know others potential!! Encourage whoever they are!!
Help others to lead a peaceful life.
Any job is good if we are dedicated to it.
